Editing — Draft#1:
I finally got the chance to edit the film and cut and glue the scenes we shot. I received the script given by my director and started editing the footage.
The first draft was quite messy, while it followed the script, I had a hard time making the scenes look good when it came to color gradiation. But even then I had managed to come up with something and export the first draft of the film opening to my director and the group.
The software I now use is Filmora. I did mention that I was going to use Adobe Premiere, yes. But I found that Filmora was a rather simpler software to use in comparison, so without overthinking it, I got my hands on the keyboard and mouse and begun doing my job exploring the layout and editing the film whilst learning different techniques I could use to edit the film.
